Money raised will benefit children in Montana. The Montana Hope Project will use the funds to grant wishes to children with life threatening conditions. A typical wish is a trip to Disney World for the family. Catholic Social Services will use the money to pay for social workers' expenses to travel around the state and provide services to pregnant women or mothers considering an adoption plan. It will also be used to fund travel expenses for our social worker who travels around western Montana to find adoptive homes for children in foster care. She also started a duffel bag program to give bags to children in foster care so that they do not have to use garbage bags to transport their items when they switch placements. Catholic Social Services also provides diapers and baby clothes to any family in need. A family does not need to be Christian to access these services.
